  • No significant wetlands or environmental constraints
  • Access to water for cooling infrastructure

  • 50–100 acres with exceptional power access
  • Land outside our primary markets if power infrastructure is strong
  • Properties with existing easements or infrastructure
  • Parcels adjacent to existing data center development

How long does the process take?

What does NGLC do with the land?
