Active Markets
Where We Operate.
NGLC operates in five primary markets — selected for power infrastructure, entitlement posture, and data center demand. Each market has active land positions with interconnection advanced.
Power Strategy
Grid-Connected.
Behind the Meter.
Both.
Every market NGLC operates in was selected for power infrastructure first. We advance grid interconnection requests early and evaluate behind-the-meter generation options on every site — so our land positions are not dependent on one power outcome.
In constrained markets, interconnection queues stretch three to seven years for large loads. NGLC's sites have interconnection advanced or secured — or BTM pathways evaluated and viable. When you evaluate an NGLC market, you're evaluating power certainty, not power possibility.

Georgia: Where Southeast Demand Meets Shovel-Ready Land
A top-tier data center state with transmission infrastructure, favorable tax treatment, and land positioned for deployment.
Georgia has earned its place among the top U.S. data center markets — not by accident, but through a deliberate combination of policy, Infrastructure, and geography. The state's sales and use tax exemption for qualifying data center investments removes one of the most friction-producing cost variables in early-stage development. That matters at the underwriting table before a single shovel breaks ground.
